Return Process

  Ensure your footwear is in its original, unworn condition with all tags attached and the original shoebox included.

  Initiate Return

  Visit our online portal or contact our customer service team to generate a return authorization and receive your pre-paid shipping label.

  Package and Ship

  Place the shoebox inside a separate shipping container to prevent damage, attach the label, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.
